Toxic bosses are an increasing phenomenon in contemporary workplaces and if you happen to be unfortunate enough to have one you  must be made aware that they are hazardous to your health and well being.

According to a recent British study, your health is directly related to the quality of your relationship with your boss.  Those with a poor relationship tend to have high blood pressure and high stress levels.
