This is one thing that drives me up a wall... and it's everywhere
Have you ever had this type of thing happen to you when you call a company and expect service? ALL I WANT IS TO TALK TO A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING. Is that too much to expect? It must be, because I never get one. When will personal service and personal contact return to the marketplace? There...I feel better. Now back to joyful living.

There are some customer service centers that has bad customer service to its customers and it drives us crazy to know how can they give us that kind of treatment. But thankfully, there are still customer care call centers that give us excellent customer service that we all guys want and deserve. And I've encountered that actually most of the time and it's a great feeling for me to be treated like that.
